Youth Water Polo

Make a splash with Youth Water Polo! This introductory recreational program is designed for 3rd–5 th and 6 th -8 th graders looking to build swimming skills, improve overall fitness, and discover the exciting sport of water polo. Athletes will learn the fundamentals of the game, including passing, shooting, teamwork, and game strategy, in a fun, supportive, and competitive environment. Participants will develop confidence in the water, strengthen their swimming abilities, and enjoy friendly competition while learning the value of sportsmanship and teamwork. No prior water polo experience is necessary, but participants should be comfortable swimming independently. Prerequisites Must be able to swim independently in deep water (up to 12ft), including entering and exiting the pool Must be able to tread water for one minute 2026 Details November 4 – December 18 (No Session November 25 & 27) Registration Opens October 21 3 rd -5 th Grade Wednesday 3:30-4:30 pm Friday 4:30-5:30 pm 6 th – 8 th Grade Wednesday 2:30-3:30 pm Friday 3:30-4:30 pm Location: Incline Village Recreation Center Pool Days: Wednesdays & Fridays Fees: $160, $128 with IVGID Pass
