Incline Skate Park
A free skate park at Southwood Blvd and Highway 28, next to the Ridgeline Park ball fields, recently rebuilt with bowls for beginners and experts plus a street course. Village Skate School runs camps here in summer and fall.

Diamond Peak Ski Resort
Incline's community-owned ski mountain, with 655 acres, 1,840 feet of vertical, and lake views from nearly every run. 2026-27 is its 60th season, and parking is mostly free.

→Flume Trail Bikes
Mountain bike rentals and hourly morning shuttles to Spooner Lake for the 14-mile Flume Trail, which ends back at the shop behind Tunnel Creek Cafe. Shuttles are $20 a person, including the park fee, and they also rent bikes for the East Shore Trail.
