Ski Beach
The boating hub of Incline's shoreline, with a launch ramp, kayak storage, bocce and volleyball, and free Music on the Beach concerts on summer Wednesdays and Fridays, 4 to 7pm. Access is limited to IVGID Picture Pass and Punch Card holders and their guests.

Diamond Peak Ski Resort
Incline's community-owned ski mountain, with 655 acres, 1,840 feet of vertical, and lake views from nearly every run. 2026-27 is its 60th season, and parking is mostly free.

→Flume Trail Bikes
Mountain bike rentals and hourly morning shuttles to Spooner Lake for the 14-mile Flume Trail, which ends back at the shop behind Tunnel Creek Cafe. Shuttles are $20 a person, including the park fee, and they also rent bikes for the East Shore Trail.
